What to expect

Honest work, start to finish

Most residential electrical problems start small — a flickering light, a breaker that trips every Tuesday — but they're usually a symptom of something bigger. We trace the fault to its root, fix it, and tell you what we found in plain English.

Here's how a visit works: we confirm a 2-hour arrival window, diagnose the issue with proper test equipment, and put the estimate in writing before any work begins. Permits are pulled when required and JEA coordination is handled.

When the repair is done, you get a clean invoice with what we did, the materials used, and any permit numbers — documentation that matters for resale and insurance.

We serve:

Arlington · Baymeadows · Downtown Jacksonville · Jacksonville Beach · Mandarin · Riverside · San Marco · Southside · Nocatee · Palm Valley · Ponte Vedra · St. Augustine · St. Johns · World Golf Village

Repairs & Troubleshooting questions

How do I know when a problem is serious?

Warm or discolored outlets, repeated breaker trips on the same circuit, lights that flicker when large appliances start, or a burning smell are all signs to stop using the circuit and call a licensed electrician. We do same-week diagnostic visits across Duval and St. Johns counties.

Do you pull permits?

Yes. Any repair that touches the panel, branch wiring beyond a fixture swap, or service entry requires a Jacksonville/JEA permit. We pull it, coordinate the inspection, and hand you the paperwork — it matters for resale and insurance.

What does a diagnostic visit cost?

We charge a flat trip fee that's credited toward the repair if you go ahead. You get a written estimate before we start any work.

Can you fix it the same day?

Often yes for common repairs — replacing a breaker, repairing an outlet, fixing a junction. Larger work (panel replacement, rewiring) is scheduled after we have quoted it and pulled a permit.
